At The MAC Adventure, we are a service-based adventure and travel company. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
1. No Shipping Required
All our offerings, including treks, tours, outdoor experiences, and adventure activities, are service-based and delivered in person at the scheduled location and time. There is no requirement for shipping or delivery of any physical goods.
2. Booking Confirmations
Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your trip details
- Any pre-departure instructions or checklists, if applicable
All communication is delivered digitally via email or phone.
3. Service Fulfillment
Your service will be fulfilled at the agreed-upon time and location as per your booking. Please ensure you arrive on time and are prepared as per the provided guidelines.
