Cancellation and Refund

At The MAC Adventure, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing via email at [Insert your email address].

Cancellation Charges:

  • 15 days or more before the trip start date: 90% refund of the total amount paid.
  • 7 to 14 days before the trip start date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Less than 7 days before the trip start date: No refund will be provided.
  • No-show or early departure: No refund.

Note: Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation by The MAC Adventure

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to:

  • Unfavorable weather conditions
  • Operational or safety concerns
  • Minimum group size not met
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances

In such cases, you will be offered the following options:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule the trip to a future available date, or
  • A credit voucher valid for future use within 12 months.

3. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time: 7 to 10 business days
  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or bank fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Participants arriving late or leaving early
  • Inability to participate due to personal reasons (health, change of mind, etc.)
  • Violation of trip rules or misconduct during the activity

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, etc.), The MAC Adventure is not liable to offer any refunds. However, we may provide alternate solutions at our discretion.
